Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown where available during shopping or checkout. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Delivery can take longer during busy periods, holidays, customs checks or carrier delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your order, tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been dispatched and the carrier has supplied the tracking details.

International orders

For deliveries outside the UK, the destination country may apply customs duties, import taxes or other charges. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
